Bad Weather & Safety Cancellation Policy

At PDB Castles, the safety of your children and guests is our absolute priority. In accordance with strict UK health and safety regulations, inflatables cannot legally or safely be operated outdoors in heavy rain or during periods of high winds where gusts are forecast to meet or exceed 24mph (38km/h).

We monitor the local meteorological forecast closely in the days leading up to your booking. If unsafe weather is predicted for an outdoor event, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to discuss alternative arrangements. In these instances, you are welcome to move your booking to an indoor venue (such as one of our recommended local village halls), reschedule your event to an alternative available date, or receive a full refund of your deposit.

Please note that once our team has safely delivered and anchored the equipment at your venue, full payment is required, and refunds cannot be issued for subsequent weather changes during the event.
